I think that any workout you stick with that has progressions and makes you work out for 60+ minutes per day (P90 in a nutshell) will garner results.

You only need to do it once in a day. Then rest at least one day before doing it again. Three times a week with a day of rest in between would be perfect! But remember that variety is key, so try other abs workouts, too.

i did this whole workout. I’m 17 and a little Big for my age. I wanted to find something to help me loose weight before Prom, and I have decided that I am going to do this workout every night before i go to bed. And then the exercise at 5:10 i am going to do 3 times a day 30 at a time with them :when i wake up, when i get home from school, and before i go to bed. I can feel it in my “abs” and i hope it works

Hi Nicole! Great workout, it always leaves me feeling sore and accomplished, I was wondering, what’s the best way to maximize this workouts effects? 3 days a week? Two times a day? Any advise would be loved, thank you!

i did the whole work out, but this still was harder than it looked…even when i did the intermediate modifications…but i guess that’s what makes a good workout
