I found this video in May and i tried out this work out.
Today, i have my 6 pack already showing and its all because of this vid!

it works……. but i add 4 more abs to each exercise total 322 abs…. it really works if you do it everyday… or one day, and the next don and the following yes…. thnx awesome workout…

@L00SECAN0N yes, protein powder can only help you if you workout. it doesnt make ur muscles bigger, its not steroids, but it quickens recovery time so you have more time working out and less time laying sore on your couch.

@hellobitch1000 I have been doing this workout for some time now, and I also took some tips from other good videos I found, and the way I do it is I do each exercise for 30 seconds, the workout totals to about 11 minutes, but I am no expert, and that’s just how I do it, hope it helps

do i really need to do all of this everytime i work out or? or like 3 – 5 types of abs work out every day? example, im gonna do 1-5 today, then tomorrow 6-10. then so on.
