A program that I really love is ABS IQ. Abs IQ was developed by Bogumil Gizewski who is a highly respected trainer and nutritionist. In 12 weeks on this program I went from 22% body fat down all the way to only 10% body fat, and had amazing improvement in my abs and overall muscle tone.
