yeA the younger you are the easier it will be to lose weight. i would also recommend running and swimming and don’t do weights yet because you are still growing. and just watch what you eat

Sure, but the age is on your side.
For losing weight I recommend cardio workout (dancing, jogging, swimming….) with combination of strength and toning exercises (like this one). Also do not forget tod rink at least 1,5 liters of water on daily basis and of course watch out what you eat.

I have a question does loosing wieght also depened on your age, becuase I`m 15. so i want to know approximately how long it will take.

Yes, but you must combine abdominal and cardio workout and a proper nutrition. Cardio workout to lose fat; abdominal workout to tone stomach and gain muscles in abdominal area, and proper nutrition in order to have healthy nutrition intake that enables you healthy energy for workout and not to gain unnecessary fat.
It is possible to succeed that way.

Does this help flatten the stomach? cuz thats what i REALLY need to loose!! I have a big stomach

This goal is possible, but you have to work on it, and you wont achieve it overnight. It is realistic to expect very good results (I am talking about 6 pack abs, if you are not overweight, and if you will be careful with your nutrition) in a matter of 2-6 months. Time frame is very flexible, as I said it is closely connected to your current physical condition.
I hope this helps.

This depends on your physical condition. If you are a complete beginner, start with 10 repetitions and 2 circles for each exercise, and choose at least 5 more exercises. Gradually, add more repetitions and few more exercises. Your goal should be approx. 10 exercises, 3 repetitions of 20-30 repetitions for each exercises.
