Abdominal workout?

I have an Ab Roller, but I’m not sure how many reps I should do on each side to get a good workout? Any suggestions?
3 sets of 20 with a rest between each set and don’t forget to stretch when done

I try not to count but to continue doing reps until I can’t do anymore. The reason – if you do only a specific number then you will tend to only do that number and quit. If you don’t have a set number, then you will push your body to do as many possible.
