@Sheikkailija Its just basics bro. Basics
Not everyone watchin this video is in super fit shape. I could do 200 of those in a row and not even break a sweat but some probly cant even do fuckin 25. Let this be for out of shape people and leave the real training to fighters like us.

Good sit.ups! Really man! NOT!
DDD U only pumping blood to your muscles and making them show and also making them bigger…. For fucks sake… If u wanna be even near of what bruce lee was go learn about isometric training and human-anatomy…. U are doing total opposite of what u should do if u wanna be a good fighter and not a good looking clown-fighter.

Santiloquem – Not too sure if this would help. Try to work on the sit ups where you twist your right abs toward the left side and your left elbow touch your right knee. Do this more than your left side, see if it would help after a while! Watch this video again and you will know what I mean. Good luck!

My Left, upper Abdominal muscles are a little bigger than the right ones, what can i do to make them symmetrical?
February 5th, 2010 at 6:35 am
Crunches are good, but forget about sit ups, it just train your legs (nearly no pressure on your abs), and stretch your lower back muscles in a bad way, you risk bad injuries.

Great Video Phanca

The first one. But in fact, today, I really felt the work in my core muscles from yesterday training. I think i bended my back too much, like you say, thanks for the tip and good day.

Shinjowy – Make sure you have the right forms, do not bend your back when you come up. Try to keep it as straight as possible. Out of the 3 abs exercises in the video, which one hurt your back the most?

Hello phanca99 I need some advices please. I don’t feel a lot of pain in my core muscles while doing these exercises ; rather i feel pain in my back muscles. I don’t think i am doing it wrong, but could it come from my belly which is too fat at the moment ? thanks

Thank you
Actually I realized abdominal muscles act as core strength after posting this comment.

@ rookie, where do you think your waist and hips get their power from? almost EVERY aspect of striking in martial arts has SOMETHING to do with your core muscles. Also defending, without a strong core – punches/kicks will leave you doubled over and weakened and easy pickings for your opponent.
February 5th, 2010 at 10:40 am
why do we need abdominal muscles that much? most of the time when we kick ,spin or punch, we use our waist and hips strength only.Correct me if i am wrong

Breathe out on the way up and breathe in on the way down, try to breathe at a moderate pace on slow. Don’t breathe too fast and do sit up slow, you will feel your abdominal muscle work more effective!
February 5th, 2010 at 12:14 pm
im not to sure about situps, but for crunches you should breathe everytime your shoulderblades leave the ground
February 5th, 2010 at 12:24 pm
When should I breath when I do the situps and crunches?
Thanks
Keep up the good work!

My diet is just like everyone else. Well I eat rice 2 or three times a day along with lots of vegetables, fruit and meat. Sometimes I eat little bit of junk food here and there too. But I try to stay away from fat, greasy food and junk food as much as I can. Not too strict on my diet right now!
February 5th, 2010 at 12:40 pm
hey bro whats your diet like? i havent really found the correct eatign regimen yet and was wondering what you do.
February 5th, 2010 at 1:23 pm
Cool, good demo !
By the way when people want to move on to more advanced sit up’s just unhook your feet and keep them flat on the floor. Point your arms out in front of you or(more advanced)put your hands behind your head.
February 5th, 2010 at 1:27 pm
MainVuper, you can do both as long as you keep good form and feel the muscles you are focusing on is working! Thanks for all the comments everyone! Hope the videos help!
