@TheFullthrottle123 you’re not properly healthy unless you’re in shape in terms of your cardiovascular system. that’s the kind of being ‘in shape’ that really matters.

@piequtie running works your abs and then you do an ab workout so if your not counteracting the ab movements with back movements then you will have back problems in the future and that is only the start.
