I am 20 years old, a little over weight. Want to lose about 30 pounds. I know it will not come off fast. What is the best exercises/regimen that you would recommend to start with? I always seem at a loss at where/how to begin. I have to work out mainly my upper arms and my abs but am looking for a full body tone. I already have healthy and balanced eating habits, it’s the movement that I don’t get. I have access to weights and machines.
