I hope you guys communicate with me on this and tell me what you guys are doing, have you tried the raw food diet before? What was it like? just eat healthy..
lay off ALLL junk food. my skin got way better since i had acne and i felt good too.
drink a lot of water.and of course exercise.
try buying organic food. and use grape seed oil to cook with rather than reg. oil.
i ate ALOT of chicken and veggies.
if I could do it, anyone can. the reason y it was hard for me, was cus i love candy and chips..

I’m not actually doing the raw food diet now I’m using it as like a side thing but I do eat tuna in water, eggs, whole wheat tacos and tortillas and stuff like that

just stop eating carbs-rice,bread,sweets,soda……and sweet fruits and ull be fine…or whenever u eat fruit eat it with some nuts …so that u wont get a spike in the blood sugar-and ull look amazing…apart from that u wont starve ur body
