Do your cardio AFTER your weights.

Its better to run aftrwards!! Running first can reduce your maximum potential for weightlifting. But if you run last you can maximize your weightlifting and run at what ever pace you would like. You run pace will be effective no matter what if your not sprinting. Good luck!

im 14 too.
and im really smart when it comes to working out.
It’s best to do cardio before your workouts. not after. If you do cardio after your workouts, you just sweat nd warm up.
but, if you do cardio before, your body will be warmed up, so you can lift heavier weaights for your arms, abs, and legs.

If you can keep your motivation to run do it after you lift, but I find that after lifting I dont always want to run. Days that you work out legs you shouldnt run. Also make sure you keep the weights light as it can mess with your growth (or so I have heard) its better to lift hard after the age of 16 or so.
