Which exercise is better to get great abs: Crunches or lifting weights?
I rather do crunches because they are times I won’t be able to work out with weights or someone at their house I go to don’t have weights do work out with when I’m traveling or spending the night somewhere and I think it’s better for me. What do y’all think?
Wow, there is just so many abdominal question and yet so little answers. Boy do i have a great tip for you if you love doing crunches
sucking it in will help your adominal lining and yet will remind you constantly to teach your stomach to be displine. (yes you heard me displine) cause if you let your tummy ride on those loose low hip jeans or pants. your tummy will get lazy and will have the shape of a beer belly.
this is what you can do
1) suck it in and crunch (contraction) your tummy (this is mirror the effect of you doing a abs crunch)
2) do this everytime and anytime you want and yet no one will know you are doing it,
3) by doing contraction on your abs you are building a base for your abdominal to be rock hard. try it you got nothing to lose. Cheers !

crunches are good i did 350 a day and it took me a few weeks

crunches most definitely. i do 80 a day. but i divide it up 40 for morning and 40 for night. but in to it gradually. if you not physically active
