protein and cupplements do not make your muscles stronger, they only heal your muscles faster, so no to answer your question you wont get stornger abs from it.

and the adbominals as a muscle group are so small that if your working them on their own you do not need that much protein for them to heal so it is not worth taking whey protein to heal them, you should only need protein in large amoutns for extreme bodybuilding where lost of muscle groups get sore and need to recover quickly.
