I’m a 28 year old guy who is starting to hit the gym, but I wonder if I will ever be able to achieve the 8 pack abs and perfectly sculpted body WITHOUT using any pills or artificial supplements (Creatine, Hydroxycut, etc..)? I preffer to take the natural route. like taking B12 or drinking Green tea in order to get some energy. Any other tips from anyone out there who has a great body using natural and safe supplements and/or help?

Creatine is one of the most tested, safe supplements, but should not be needed. Most who get and keep killer abs do not use or need special supplementation.Green tea and b12 intake is also unnecessary. be sure to get plenty of rest and you will need no false energy. Remember your muscles need rest to heal and grow.

I guarantee excellent results if you train using the following recommendations:

There is no such thing as target fat reduction. Many here have given good answers. You must lose body fat percentage. This is done simply by burning more calories (energy) than you consume. Body fat is merely stored energy (calories). Do not go on a starvation diet as this decreases metabolism (the rate at which you burn calories), and risks muscle tissue loss. Cardiovascular exercise is the king of fat loss! Weight lifting is best for increasing muscle. Increased muscle equals higher metabolism.

I suggest you do cardio exercise at least 3 days a week, no less than 20 minutes per day. This should be increased as your fitness level increases. If you do it in the morning, you get added calorie burn through the day for "free". Eat at least 6 times per day (smaller portions!). This increases metabolism. Start avoiding calorically dense foods (fats and sugars). Track your improvements in waist size rather than weight. Be patient! Any measurable success will probably not show for a few weeks, until your body readjusts. Once you start seeing results, you may want to increase your ab exercises for improved ab appearance/muscle tone.
