hey vince..stumbled across this video in search of a routine to build up my shoulders. .they were virtually non existant after several dislocations, a break, and ligament damage..one was bigger that the other and a bit crooked looking, like someone with over developed front delts . . i did this workout and jesus does it work for me.. they’ve never felt stronger..are drop sets any harm to progress tho??? .thanks a million!

@dp100 You know what, people like you are just 2 stupid to communicate with. Wahtever you said, I meant that if you can’t do an exercise properly with lets say 10kg, then you shouldn’t do 15kg at all. and if you can’t do 15kg properly, then go back to 10 or 12 kg for example and do them properly.
Is this 2 complicated or do you understand my point?

@gruhonjic anything can really hurt your back if your form sucks and you go to heavy but everything in the gym is safe if you practice safe form and dont let your ego take over. even running outside can be dangerous if you start out trying to do to much to quick without building up
