I need a good diet for bodybuilding but trying to watch my sugar at the same time?

I know alot of those Protein powders contain alot of sugar and cholesterol.

You will actually need more sugar when working out because because as the body expands and grows, it will demand and need more sugar. If you are diabetic, you may need to up your sugar intake ever so slightly enstead of cutting back. Lots of fruits like Bananas, peaches and over ripe apples may do the trick.
