Bodybuilding supplements and tips

Going over some of the supplements I take, and giving my opinion on them and some tips. *Update* I am a personal trainer, I have plenty of certifications to prove it, and I have been bodybuilding for years…If you are ignorant enough to try to argue with me on the fact that you can lose bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time, do your research online before posting on this video. There are two exceptions to this rule, if your on steroids, or if you just started working out for the first time in your life, for everyone else, it is not practical to try to do both.

supplements are a waste if you eat and eat well you will always get bigger then any supplements…. If you wanna get huge take roids dont waste your money on stuff that don’t work …. Eat egg whites Most proteins are blended with shit that is bad for you !!!

@ftlptba a long time ago BSN got sued for saying they had a different creatine (forgot what kind) in it but they were actually just using monohydrate, and people were getting good results with it so that shows that just plain old monohydrate works, plus a lot of other studies show that too. but yeah cell mass is good, just expensive, there are cheaper alternatives

@ftlptba the best creatine for anyone is micronized creatine monohydrate, it works just as good if not better than any of the other kinds. as for brands just go with a well known brand like dymatize, optimum nutrition, etc
but if you don’t drink enough water it will be hard on your body, you have a to drink a ton of water if you take it

@ftlptba there really isnt a best creatine because everyones body works differently. good creatines would though would be creatine monohydrate, cell tech hard core pro series, and maybe sizeon, but if its ur first time taking creatine, i would start off with the monohydrate.

ok so u drank that no-exsplod stuff befor ur workout and i like to mix law fat milk 1% 12 oz to my shakes so that in the powder mixed is calories and a scoop of icecream for tast. then u drink the whey protein afterwords with the same mix of stuff i just said besides the other powder. then that casein stuff befor u go to bed with the same mix. thats alot of calories, do u eat normal food or what? like i mean i bet it works for u but i just think its alot and id be gaining more fat the muscil

i want to do bodybuilding, i am really motivated and i put all my strength and soul when i work out, so i want to ask everybody are there any specific proteins/powder supplements that target specifically the increase of muscle mass? (for beginners)

@CameronBrown73 u can get all the stuff in the vid at ur local GNC or Vitamin world online is cheaper but more expensive with shipping plus u gotta wait unless u live in a field i’d go to GNC vitamin world i live in Chi-town n go to vitamin world GNC’s member card can only be used the first 7 days of the month…bullshit GNC

Seen your vid…You are a strong young man at 24 and are training power-style weightlifting, which is a great foundation. There is more to do and learn before competing. Experience allows you to look at someone and see strengths and weaknesses. Some trainers are open, some think they know it all. The art is applying it to your specific body and what works for you, as you do for individual clients.

I was referring to the overuse of supplements, not the benefit of post workout shake, when you need protein. I AGREED with that part. RE-READ my comment. You don’t need 4-5 shakes a day. I know plenty of bodybuilders, mostly hobby weightlifters that don’t want to train if they do not have their no-explode. That is why the turn to energy drinks. No pro drinks it. Protein must be good quality…Whey comes from cow’s milk. It is nature. Man-made science will never be 100% coverage.
