What exercise plan can I use to get abs, without lifting weights?

Weight Lifting During Teen Years?

Is it ok to work out , lift weights , abs , tightening pectoroids etc… during teen years ? I’m asking this question because I’ve heard that working out when the body is growing reduces growing chances and other things like that. Is this true ? Thks. i weigh around 66 kg, i do weight lifting & RUnning, do i need abs exercise as well?
