Oh wow, but um. . . unless you gain hte weight back, cause nost people who loos wegiht loss their butt. because Qhen people eat , the fat from the food goes to diff. sec. of the body, in your case yours wentn to your butt, and when you loss weight you lost most of the fat, and thats why you probably lost your butt. unlessyou gain fatt , but idk

I have a question. i do all you excersies except the one with tha ball… buy i do them mon- friday and a set of flutter kicks and 100′s. sat n sun i try to run… is this bad for my body?
