Cool thanks, I guess the Personal Trainers at the gym did not want to talk much to me about jumping rope because they were afraid I might do away with the gym.

practice doing it with one foot at a time, thats what im doing atm.. after i do my right foot, i do my left foot, then both, then alternate. I just started last week so.. who am i to say anything =P

I’m having trouble just doing the simple switch feet. I can jump with both feet at once but am having trouble with switching up the feet from left to right and then going fast like you do. Any advice?
