@AquaDemon666 I was knockin out 35 min horse stance back when I had a good deal of endurance strength in my legs… I think 5 minutes is my max these days without specialized training beforehand!

Well the ball moves, therefore you have to stabalize it. Which gives you a better work out, using a wider range of muscles.

Heck , for the hamstrings why does have to be a ball. seems lkike anything you could put your foot on would work.

nahh i didnt do squats i did leg press which my trainer said that might be the problem of my growth

Running with ankle weights will also lead to knee problems as the additional weight will pull the lower leg away from the knee joint. I would suggest getting a weigthed vest instead or lifting light weights at high reps. I must admit, I played college and some pro football and have lifted weights for years. Never have I heard of anyone shrinking as a result of doing squats.

dont lift leg weight trust me from experience… my legs are very strong but im shorter on the bad side of this…best thing todo is get ankle weights and go running… it will help endurence and make your theighs extremely strong

Great techniques if you’re in a hotel room etc. It won’t do much in comparison with cycling or a leg press, though. Although Nadal constantly does these sorts of exercises.
