No, the processed simple carbs in the cereal bar will send you into hyperglycemia, meaning no fat burning, the sugar in the coffee will cause the same effect, have some complex carbs like oats, porridge, bannanas etc also have some protein either a protein shake or low fat meats like fish and chicken. Trying lowering your carbs and increasing protein that works for most people if it doesnt work for you trying increasing carbs and lowering protein, remember to do cardio aswel.

you need to mix your protien with carbs. Try porridge and a protien bar, then hit the gym 1.5- 2 hours later
