Probably not more than one hour of streinght training. You dont need more at all, it will overload ur bodies capacity to have any muscular gains.
But I guess shes been training streinght about 5 times a week, for atleast 2 years. And kept a good variable diet (not to variable and systematic, then shed get depressive, its ok with a McDonalds once a week).
If ur thin, its very easy to become good looking btw, it happends fast. U dont need no steroids or proteins. You need ur moms beefstake

Gyms are for schills. Get a real job for yourself on the weekends. Hewing timbers is awesome. Shoveling gravel is also excellent. Running does wonders.
People go to gyms and screw around.
