Man John has perfect form. And for the steroids thing I don’t really care. Just because your on roids doesn’t mean you stay strong and get big. It allows you to recover faster. So even if John did use roids he’s still worked harder than most of us to get to where he is. Plus I don’t think he’s on roids since i’ve seen what he eats and what his trips to the grocery store are like.

Mostly when you work out it’s 40% gym and rest depends on enough sleep, right food and water. And every thing takes time you won’t be a body builder over night.

I don’t care if he takes roids or if he’s 100 pounds and is just starting out. Anyone who does the correct form no matter what the weight is what does matter. Train properly and results aren’t impossible.

I like that Cena is doing correct form and going at least 90 degrees for his squats. Everyone I see who does them at the gym loads on the weight, but never goes even close to 90 degrees. Then they finish and scream and say fuck ya.

The guy is strong. Pat his fucking back dont break him down and try to find excuses for his hard work. So what if he does use some gear? Its his personal choice, last time I checked none of you were his coach or nutritionist….

You can never tell by numbers, there are plenty of guys who compete in powerlifting, tested 100% natural, that lift a whole lot more than Cena, at equivalent weights. However, Cena’s muscle belly development is indicative of steroids.

The odds of a NATURAL guy benching 405 for even low reps of 2-5 is the equivalent of someone running a 4 minute mile. Its possible, just not very likely.

Cena did juice years ago when he was doing ANBC shows. I know this thru very reliable sources and am not here to knock the guy down, but rather, set the record straight. Yeah, he’s a strong guy, Powerful dude – but HE HAS done juice.
I’ve been in gyms for 20 years now. I can tell you just from his numbers that he uses in his lifts that he’s on Juice. Don’t be hatin’ – IT IS WHAT IT IS ….
