@VincentSinclair your crude comment speaks more who you are than who you are saying them about. as if you believe you are enlightened when in actuality you’re stupid and apparently not aware of the ‘brown’ people murdered everyday in our foreign wars not to mention withhold nutritious food and clean drinking water from africans while you sit at your computer in comfort with crumbs probably in your lap. think about your words and how they have been recorded for time immemorial. duh.

A cow can get all their nutrients and proitein from just eating grass. In that aspoect they are more evolved then humans.

I like “suck is life”. you should write that down somewhere.
February 21st, 2010 at 5:58 am
“such is life” spelling correction.

It was only 70 years ago that it was socially expectable to hang niggers from trees and shoot rocks and them for entertainment.
This was only one generation ago, just re-instating a historical fact that some might not be aware of.
Also many hundreds of years ago we Europeans would kill off a whole island of people like native Cubans and take over there Island.
We are murderous mother fuckers, suck is life. As is Nature, deal with it.

some Buddhists eat just a certain type of tree bark in their final years of training. the body can do whatever you want just beware of criticisms you’ll receive even as you make progress
February 21st, 2010 at 11:29 am
he is a atlete not a bodybuilder
February 21st, 2010 at 11:40 am
Yes I am listening to what you are saying, and not staring…Huh!!
February 21st, 2010 at 12:19 pm
No that was not my point, but that is true in some aspects. For example gorillas can eat and live on leafs, humans can’t, etc….

Solid muscular foundation and build. Excellent body control and technique throughout execution of exercises. Spoken well and to the point. Nice edit in regard to the different camera angles. Way ta get’er done man!
February 21st, 2010 at 12:49 pm
are you trying to say gorilla’s are more highly evolved then humans?
February 21st, 2010 at 1:48 pm
I watched because I wanted to see the three methods of training to do at home. I want to lose weight and tone up a bit. Why you racist losers watch till the end of the clip (get the valuable free information) and then post remarks that aren’t in any way healthy is beyond me.
February 21st, 2010 at 2:31 pm
Yeah that is funny, and you still got your thought through.
Just to be clear, you know humans separated from monkeys before there was even a gorilla species right?…
February 21st, 2010 at 2:34 pm
