@LiaaaaP – I don’t think this neccesarily flattens your stomach. It just builds up muscle. In order to flatten your stomach, you need to lose weight, which is what 20 minutes of aerobic exercise every day will do for you. Check out this video, it’s only 10 minutes, so follow it twice a day & you’ll be good

@pompeyjman Are you new to working out? Must be because otherwise you would know that just doing sit ups aren’t going to be the same. That only targets a certain area of your abs. This workout targets many different parts of your abs and also working your arms and legs. You will burn a lot of more calories and strengthen and tone more than just the middle of your abs. Big time trainers do workouts like this too with clients and no one looks like an idiot. It’s just exercising.

@pompeyjman doing sit-us and doing what she is are two completely different things. The workout she is doing targets more muscle groups and works your core more. When you do plan sit ups you are doing the same motion and only targeting one thing. Plan sit ups hardley do that. You should definitly do some research before commenting.

my friend who wrestles told me to burn more fat at night when you’re sleeping to eat a spoon full of peanut butter before i go to bed. Is this true?
