			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many experts suggest several ways to build your bicep muscles. Some say use heavy weights, others say use high reps or low reps. some suggest super sets. But in my opinion you will not build big bicep muscles if you do not use the right intensity. Intensity is the principle that has to be in place before you can build your bicep muscle.</p>
<p>Intensity can be defined as generating the maximum amount of effort in the shortest period of time. This means taking a set to the point where completing another repetition is impossible. Intensity is what is responsible for the growth if your bicep muscle. If you want your bicep muscle to grow you need to ensure that the intensity generated is very high.</p>
<p>Below you will find a sample bicep muscle workout:</p>
<p>We will be using the dumbbell curl for this bicep exercise. Pick a weight that will allow you to perform at lest 8 repetition to positive failure. Positive failure is the point where completing another repetition is impossible despite your greatest effort.</p>
<p>When you are done performing as many repetitions as you can, put the weights down and select another weight that is half the weight of what you initially used. Hold this weight in the midway bicep curl position for a count of ten. This will create an intense burn; this hold does not give your bicep muscle a chance to rest. So it creates a high intensity environment for your bicep muscles.</p>
<p>When you are done holding the weights for a count of 10 seconds, pick up the heavy dumbbells again and perform another set to positive failure. You will probably get 6 repetitions. When you are done, drop the lighter weights and pick up the heavy one again and perform another set to positive failure!</p>
<p>This is one set of dumbbell curls and it is so intense it will help grow your bicep muscles fast. As it is intense you need only one set of this bicep exercise to develop big arms.</p>
<p>This kind of intense bicep exercise is what you need to stimulate new growth in your bicep muscle.</p>

<p>Here are a few decent exercises that will blast your biceps, and really help to build biceps fast. In fairness if you have been training for a while then you would have done some or all of these exercises. However, you have to be sure that they are performed with the correct form and technique because if they are not, you will be wasting your time and your biceps will never reach their full potential. Perform each exercise for 3-5 sets once or twice a week at 8-12 reps. Work to fatigue, still making sure you maintain good from. This is the best way to build biceps fast. </p>
<p>1) Ezy Bar/Standing Barbell Curl</p>
<p>You can perform this exercise with either a straight bar or an ezy bar. This is a great exercise for developing lean muscle mass on your biceps.</p>
<p>Stand with your feet approximately shoulder width apart and grasp the bar using an underhand grip, hands should also be roughly shoulder width apart. Curl the bar up nice and slowly focusing intensely on the contraction of your biceps. Do not swing or use momentum to curl the bar, especially towards the end of the set when your biceps start to fatigue. Make sure that just your arms are moving, and try to keep your elbows firmly locked to the side of your body.</p>
<p>Then lower the weight, taking 3-4 seconds resisting the weight on the way down to emphasize the negative part of the exercise. Never let gravity pull the weights down. </p>
<p>Try to avoid bending your wrists and try to keep them in a straight neutral position. </p>
<p>b) Incline Dumbbell Curls </p>
<p>This exercise will work some slightly different fibres in your biceps and can help to give you that peak bicep look, and is another great way to build biceps fast.</p>
<p>Sit back on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand, making sure to keep your elbows well forward throughout the movement, curl the weight upward and towards your shoulder level. Really squeeze your biceps hard at the top position. Bring the weights down again, making sure you remain fully in control with good form and technique.</p>
<p>c) Hammer Curl </p>
<p>The Hammer curl works both sides of your biceps and has the added benefit of working the outside of your forearms. This has proven to be hugely effective exercise to build biceps fast.</p>
<p>The method is very similar to incline dumbbell curl except you will be using the hammer grip on the dumbbell. This is just as if you are holding a hammer and knocking nails in. You perform this exercise in the standing position as opposed to sitting.</p>
<p>4) Build Biceps Fast Tips</p>
<p>Focus on the movement of your biceps all throughout the motion. Don&#8217;t lift weights that are too heavy and never compromise your form and technique just to show off. </p>
<p>By slightly turning and squeezing, making sure you contract your biceps at the top of the movement you&#8217;ll build more peak on your biceps. Like all exercises, pose and stretch the biceps between sets. This is to flush out lactic acid and help your biceps recover better for the next set. </p>

<p>The fact is, a new approach and a new bicep training routine will not only help your keep up your spirits but it will also help you build bigger arms faster. Your body always reacts to new things. It adapts to the old ones so giving it something fresh and new will help spur new growth</p>
<p>Here is a bicep training routine ,</p>
<p>Standing barbell curl 4 sets 12, 10, 8, 8</p>
<p>The standing barbell curl is the king of all bicep exercises. It&#8217;s the best move for adding serious mass and size to your arms. So make sure to hit them hard with this exercise</p>
<p>Inclined bicep curl 5 sets 15,12,10,8</p>
<p>The inclined bicep curl is perfect for increasing muscle length and making your biceps look aesthetically pleasing.</p>
<p>Hammer curls 3 sets Drop sets</p>
<p>Perform drop sets on this movement. To do this you start with a weight that allows you to fail at 10 reps. Stop short of 10 reps then drop weights and perform another 8 reps then another. And that will be make up one set. Perform three sets of these and you arms will be exhausted.</p>
<p>Reverse curls 5 sets 12, 12, 10</p>
<p>This movement is to round of your arm training sessions. The reverse curls will help develop your forearms and round out and give you that peak defined biceps look.</p>
<p>Here is a second bicep training routine. Routine 2 is all about superset bicep training.</p>
<p>EZ bar neutral grip curl 3 sets 10, 8, 8</p>
<p>Superset</p>
<p>Standing barbell curl 5 sets 10, 10, 10</p>
<p>The first move is an extremely solid superset and it is a nice kickoff to your bicep training routine. It is made out of the two main core bicep movements namely preacher curls. Make sure you train hard with this movement for optimal growth</p>
<p>Preacher curls 3 sets 10, 10, 10</p>
<p>Superset</p>
<p>Dumbbell preacher curls 2 sets 11, 11, 11</p>
<p>This routine should be used when you feel like adding some definition to your biceps. Supersets are made for this purpose to overload your arms.</p>
<p>Reverse curls 4 sets 5, 5, 5</p>
<p>Superset</p>
<p>Hammer curls 5 sets 11, 11, 11</p>
<p>This also is a good bicep training finisher and it will help complete your biceps and give it that well defined look.</p>

<p>Time For The Attack</p>
<p>There is a difference between trying hard and doing something intensely. When your out to build Arm muscles that bristle with raw unbridled power you gotta push things to the limit. In order to build Arms you need to tire the Tricep and the Bicep muscles to absolute exhaustion. So just when its starting to feel like you cant possibly continue. Thats good! Your now working the muscles adequately to promote growth. You see, Arms only grow when the muscle fibers they are made of are broken down. The harder you work them. The better your results will be.</p>
<p>The Faster You Go The Better &#8211; Right?</p>
<p>Ready, set, go! If you believe that the person who finishes the set first &#8211; or even who lifts the weight the most times is the winner. think again pal. Its a fallacy. The real trick to building Arms is to start with a very light set to warm up the muscles and get the blood flowing. THEN progress onto heavier and heavier weights with each consequent set. That way you are working on what are known as slow twitch and fast twitch muscle fibers. The other thing to do is to lift each of the heavier weights extremely slowly. That way you will enjoy explosive gains in muscle mass. Swinging weights around is also dangerous and a quick way to injure yourself. So control them. You might think it looks impressive to lift big weights and swing them all over the place. In reality, it just looks stupid.</p>
<p>Get Serious About Those Tri&#8217;s</p>
<p>Again, this is a little known fact, but contrary to popular belief, it&#8217;s your Triceps NOT your Biceps that make up roughly two thirds of your Arm total mass. In order to see that pumped up &#8216;well rounded&#8217; look that every serious Bodybuilder is rocking you seriously must smash the granny out of your Triceps using various exercises. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Men and women love biceps, and if you have them there will be plenty of attention coming your way. Whether you&#8217;re just getting started or trying to see better results, the tips in this article will be extremely helpful.</p>
<p>Working the arm muscles hard will be your main goal. You definitely won&#8217;t get big biceps by squeezing racquetballs or hand grips. In order to make this happen you have to get in the gym and pump some iron.</p>
<p>You also need to be aware that the arms are divided into two muscle groups: the biceps, the two-part muscle on the front of the arm that is fully contracted when your arms are tightly curled; and the triceps, a three-part muscle on the back of the arm that is fully contracted when the arm is straightened.</p>
<p>When you work the biceps you will be pulling weight towards you and pushing it away when using the triceps. Either way you need to work both muscle groups in order to get big biceps.</p>
<p>The biceps are worked the most while curling a weight (positive exercise) and resisting the return to the beginning point (negative exercise). A bodybuilder should take care to exert the muscle in both parts of the movement.</p>
<p>The triceps are worked most while pressing the bar away (positive) and resisting the return of the weight to the start position (negative). Like the biceps (or any other exercise) both sides of the movement should be exerted.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s also a good idea to focus on your arm workout one day per week. If you want to get big biceps you have to spend one day putting them through total exhaustion, even though they will be worked here and there on other days as well.</p>
<p>Get Big Biceps Exercises</p>
<p>Dumbbell and Barbell Curls- There are plenty of ways to do these exercises, but the movements must be the same. They have to be controlled in order to see beneficial results. Each one of them should have 3 sets and 10 reps per set:</p>
<p>- Close-grip barbell curl while seated. &#8211; Standing, close-grip cheat curl. &#8211; Incline, barbell curl that is face forward &#8211; Lying face-forward on high bench, barbell curl. &#8211; Dumbbell curl in the standing position. &#8211; Incline dumbbell curl. &#8211; Reverse-grip by using easy curl bar &#8211; Concentration curls on Scott Bench using easy-curl-bar. &#8211; Flat Preacher Bench close-grip curls with easy-curl-bar.</p>
<p>Triceps Exercises</p>
<p>- Triceps Presses, Curls and Press-Downs &#8211; Standing close-grip triceps curls. &#8211; Seated close-grip triceps curls. &#8211; French Press supine on flat bench. &#8211; Supine triceps curl and press. &#8211; Reverse-wide-grip bench press. &#8211; Standing dumbbell triceps press. &#8211; Triceps machine press downs. &#8211; Reverse grip triceps press downs. &#8211; Standing triceps press using wall pulley and rope or towel. &#8211; Bent over triceps extension with wall pulley.</p>
<p>Super Sets- If you consider yourself an advanced bodybuilder, alternating biceps and triceps exercises are essential to your results. Basically you are shortening your workout time, but not sacrificing the integrity of your workout. Don&#8217;t rest in between workouts, and only a 1 minute rest between each set.</p>
<p>Once the muscles tear down it will be time to rest and rebuild the tissue. It&#8217;s a good idea to start a high-protein diet that offers at least 25% of the calories as protein. You will also need to metabolize the protein, and you can do this by including dietary fats to your regimen.</p>
<p>In the end, you can get big biceps if you have the discipline, knowledge, and perfect workout regimen. Another option is to add plenty of amino acids like Lipotropic 3.
