<p>Having that perfect set of abs is something that most of us aspire to. In a society where there is an ever increasing emphasis on the way we look, there definitely is a shift in people&#8217;s perception of their own bodies. The images being portrayed by the media seems to set the new standard for what &#8216;beautiful&#8217; looks like and if anything, this is a really high standard. One of the most sought after &#8216;items&#8217; then seems to be flat and toned abs. For men this has become somewhat of a &#8216;status symbol&#8217; while for women it is something to be admired. How then can you get flat abs fast? Although there are many strategies and techniques for how to get flat abs fast, very few actually work.</p>
<p>It seems quite ironic to me that having flat and toned abs is such a sought after thing. When you consider the foods that are popular in our culture and how our popular past times focus on &#8216;static&#8217; activities like watching TV or playing games &#8211; then it is no wonder that 99% of the population have the exact opposite of flat abs. Foods that are high in fat and sugar are incredibly hard to digest and it tends to stay behind in our bodies in the form of fatty deposits.</p>
<p>Certain areas of our bodies are more susceptible to fat &#8216;clogging&#8217; together and for men this tends to be around their waist and belly area while for women it is around the waist and glutes. So, the first step then in how to get flat abs fast is to address your diet. If you are in a hole and you want to get out &#8211; stop digging. When you are upright and straight your abdominal muscles are active and extended, so even while you are sitting or walking your abs are active which helps with toning and strengthening.</p>
<p>In the same vain you can use what is called &#8216;static contraction&#8217; to tone and strengthen your abs. When sitting at your desk or lying in front of the TV, you can exercise your abs by tightening them for ten seconds and then relaxing for 30. Do 20-30 repetitions of this every day and even when you are walking you can do the same exercise to enhance the efficiency.</p>

This &#8220;lower ab bulge&#8221; happens for three totally different reasons. If you are going to achieve flat lower abs all three reasons must be addressed.</p>
<p>1. The lower abs is not flat because of too much body fat. Some persons lose fat on the upper section of their abs initially, such persons can only lose the ab fat all over their belly side area when they get lean. You can be able to lose the too much stomach fat if you follow an adequate and planned fat loss program such as truth about abs. Such plans should consist of metabolism-enhancing resistance workout, high intensity cardio and adequate nutrition.</p>
<p>2. The second cause of the lower abs bulge is due to the location of your pelvis. Assuming your pelvis is leant forward, that will result in your lower abs bend to the arch and force the lower section of your stomach out. Your abs is going to bulge out if you have this kind of pelvic position irrespective of the level of your body. In order to correct this fault, you should do remedial ab exercises together with widening your hip flexor. When you integrate both exercising and stretching inside your workout you will gradually readjust the pelvis and level your abs.</p>
<p>I am going to explain an efficient hip flexor stretch and some remedial ab workout depending on the present stage of your ab strength in order to enable you <a rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/article_exit_link');" href="http://truths-about-six-pack-abs.blogspot.com/" target="_blank"><strong>get your lower abs fast</strong></a>.</p>
<p><strong>Hip flexor stretch:</strong> keep yourself in the bottom point of a lurch using your back knee to relax on the ground. Force your hip frontward and still keeping a stand position change the space between your two legs to make the tibia of your front leg to be in a vertical position. Grasp it for 30 seconds. Do it again using the other side. Do all the whole process for addition four times. Remember to use a small mat to do the stretching to avoid injury.</p>
<p><strong>Starter ab workout:</strong> get down on your back. Flex your knee to 90 degrees and set your feet level on the ground. While your palms are down position it below your lower back. Raise the two legs from the floor till the knees are aiming straight to the ceiling. Move your pelvis backwards in order to generate little force on your fingers. It is the beginning position. <p><strong>Intermediate ab exercises:</strong> get down on your back. Flex your two knees and hips to 90° position. Return your knees to your chest through the flexing of your ab muscles, and lifting of your butt from the ground while still keeping a steady knee angle. Go back till your knees and hips are expanded to 90° position. Do it again for the recommended amount of reps.</p>
<p><strong>Higher ab exercise:</strong> lay down on a slant bench. Flex your hips and pelvis to 90° position. Bring your kneels straight to your chest through the loosening of the ab muscles. Lift your butt up from the bench, and try to keep up a steady knee angle. Free yourself after your hips and knees are stretched to 90°. In order to intensify this workout, enlarge the tilt of the slanting bench.</p>
<p>The third cause of lower belly dilation is abdominal swelling, that is triggered by two various problems. One is constipation. Try to boost the amount of water you take and see that you are taking adequate dietary fiber, about 25-40g per day.</p>
<p>The second reason of dilation is the intake of foods that your body reacts to. Whenever you take foods that your body is sensitive to it will make your immune system to react, resulting in the swelling of your ab region. Whenever you perceive that this is the cause, observe the way you feel when you finish taking every meal. Shun foods that make you to bloat or cramp.</p>

<p>&#13;</p>
<p>I have always found it difficult to develop my forearms to match my upper arms.  A short time ago, I started to use a forearm development tool, called the wrist roller, which has been around for decades. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>This is a simple device that can be made with things that most people can find around the house, and yet may be one of most effective forearm developers ever invented.  As you&#8217;ll soon see, the reason most people don&#8217;t use this exercise is most likely because it is quite painful to perform! It develops a deep burn in the forearm muscles very quickly, which is why it is so effective. It hits all sides of the forearm if used properly.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p> A forearm wrist roller can be made with a section of a broom handle and a 5 foot length of rope. <b>(you can see pictures by clicking the link at the bottom of this article)</b> You can also go to your nearest home center and buy an 18 inch long wooden dowel, 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Drill a hole through the middle of the dowel about 1/4&#8243; in diameter. Then take one end of a 5 foot (approx.) piece of rope and thread it through the hole in the dowel and tie a secure knot on the other and so it can&#8217;t be pulled back through.  Now you need to attach some weight to the other end of the rope. Tie a small dumbbell or a couple 5 &#8211; 10 pound barbell plates to the other end of the rope. Make the length of the rope so that when you hold the dowel in your hands and extend your arms straight out in front you, weight is just barely touching the floor.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>You now have your very own wrist roller exercise device! thicker forearms are just around the corner!</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>To perform the exercise, hold the dowel straight out in front of you with both hands and roll it either way, moving only your wrist (elbow movement makes it easier, so don&#8217;t move the elbows) until the rope is wrapped completely around the dowel and the weight is all the way up to your hands.  Now slowly roll the dowel the opposite way to lower the weight.  <b>Keep the weight under control, and do it relatively slowly. This is very important. Be sure that you keep your arms straight, moving only your wrist for maximum effect.</b> When the weight gets all the way down to the bottom, keep the dowel turning in the same direction, and it will begin to roll back up. Continue rolling it in that direction until the weight comes up to the top once again. Then reverse the direction until the weight returns to the bottom. This completes one rep. If you have chosen the correct amount of weight, you forearms should be burning!</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>There are variations in the way you can perform this exercise.  The method outlined above is my preferred method. It can also be done while resting your elbows on something to support your arms so that you can focus more on your forearms and less on your deltoids. You could also try standing on a chair or bench, and just allow your arms to hang down in front of you and roll the weight up and down in that position. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>If you follow the rolling technique I have outlined above, you&#8217;ll get a thorough workout of both the back and front of your forearms. If you do it properly and strictly, you will feel the pump and the burn that is so effective in stimulating new forearm muscle growth and strength using this device.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>You will notice that for most people, it doesn&#8217;t take much weight to fry your forearm muscles!  I suggest performing three or four complete reps of this exercise at least three times a week at the end of your workouts.  Always do this workout last as you will greatly diminish your ability to lift weights for any other exercise! Or if you don&#8217;t have a workout that day, just do it before you go to bed.  Just make sure you don&#8217;t do it right before you&#8217;re going to need your hands for something like typing!</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>I recommend that you use other exercises in your  forearm workout.  I only suggest that this is an excellent additional movement that will really add new mass and strength to your forearms especially if this is a problem area for you or if you really need to increase your forearm strength for some kind of sports activity.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>A great forearm workout should include barbell wrist curls and reverse wrist curls for three sets of 12-15 reps for each exercise. Finish up your workout with wrist rollers and you will feel a most incredible pump that will stimulate new muscle growth! </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>I have noticed greater endurance, strength and size in my forearms in just a few short weeks of training with this effective exercise. Try it for a few weeks and see if you experience the same results. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Keep in mind that successful bodybuilding training requires proper nutrition. Muscle building requires the proper vitamins, minerals and protein. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Protein is by far the most important nutrient to a bodybuilder. You must consume 1 to 1.5 grams of high quality protein per pound of bodyweight every day to make quality muscle gains. This could mean 200-300 grams per day for most bodybuilders. Your protein should come from animal and dairy sources such as chicken, beef, turkey, eggs and milk. <p>You can try hitting the gym, but the gym is a scary place for people who look scrawny. Somehow, the gym is the place for muscled men to build more muscle, not for thin guys to get some abs and arm muscle.</p>
<p>There are ways to building muscle fast that are natural and doesnât cost a lot of money. Many people try to imitate muscle builders but to no avail. To build more muscle, you must have strength. You can gain more strength through weight lifting and calisthenics exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, and reverse crunches. </p>
<p>It is also highly recommended to use free weights. You can lift more weight with barbells and therefore build more muscle. Another tip is to build your legs. You can do this through squatting. This is a great form of exercise as you exercise the entire body. </p>
<p>Sleep and rest also play a big part in muscle building. You should get enough sleep, drink lots of fluids, and change your diet. Whole foods, fruits, vegetables, carbs, and fats (the good ones) will do wonders to help your body get healthy. </p>
<p>Protein rich foods such as beans and red meat are important in your diet as well as they provide the necessary nutrients to build muscles.</p>
