I weigh 135 lbs and i’m 5’8″. I bench 190lbs and squat 275. (No lie) I lift most every day, alternating. Mondays i lift chest, Tuesdays i lift legs and abs, Wednsdays i lift back and biceps, Thursdays i lift shoulders and neck, Fridays are chest again, and on Saturday and Sunday i run sprints. [...]
