@SMyD77777 I think he means maybe you can lift it maybe 20 times…Any more than that is too light……If you can only lift it 5 times too heavy.

When you bring your arms back down, aren’t you supposed to keep them at a 90 degree angle? I heard it messes up your rotator muscles :-/

@pronation1 i would increase the weight and not do so many sets. You only need 3 sets to ahve an effective workout if your doing everything properly

@legendstheband there really is no difference except that the chest press uses stabilizer mucles more and its more of a squeezing motion than the bench press. Use both

oright mate? iv always heard that your muscle grows when its torn and this is from weights, if your not sore then i assume that you need 2 increase the amount your lifting, have u seen any improvement?
