i mean to say when bruce lee was performing this exercise he got injured
April 30th, 2010 at 12:50 am
bruce lee injured his back and was on his bed for 6 months and made it was a permitted injury that he suffered till his death, doctors told him he would never kick again, but he recovered not fully but recovered and became better martial artist
the only reason he got injured his he forgot to do his warm up, so make sure to warm up before performing this exercise

I am female, weigh 117 pounds, deadlift 70 pounds once a week. I warmed up for 5 minutes on the elliptical, did 3 10 rep squats and lunges with 2 20 pound dumbbells . Then I did the goodmornings. My 1st 10 rep set had no weights and I felt nothing. I increased the weight to 40 pounds & did 3 10 rep sets Only the last 2 reps burnt. BUT 6 hours later, I started having lower back pain similar to menstrual cramps and it was NOT that time yet. Caution to all, start realllly low

it’s a great lift for lower back, and pretty much one of the very few, if your looking for a stretch then go light, but if you’re looking for building strength in your lower back you can get pretty heavy on it safely
April 30th, 2010 at 3:52 am
i would never ever do this exercise, it looks so dangerous, plus it hurt bruce lee’s lower back
April 30th, 2010 at 4:09 am
No amount of semen on the skin of your lower back will improve your strength in the exercise.
April 30th, 2010 at 4:46 am
well, u can do good mornings as an accessory exercise
April 30th, 2010 at 5:40 am
so is this for the lower back or the legs or core or what?
April 30th, 2010 at 6:34 am
@jaraha Retard, it’s called accent and not ghetto.
April 30th, 2010 at 6:45 am
this exercise works best if you rub a tiny bit of semen on your lower back.

@Seanbot10
nobody knows everything
some people just like to watch workout vids , and maybe even learn something new
so we don’t all fall into one of these categories
Btw: I iz can do 1000000 of those!
and i noticed hes holding his left hand like 0.0001 millimeters further then his right, so this is bad form and hes gonna hurt himself !!!
April 30th, 2010 at 7:37 am
lol, EXACTLY!
April 30th, 2010 at 7:39 am
fucking beaners in the beginning
April 30th, 2010 at 8:30 am
I don“t like this exercise.
April 30th, 2010 at 9:30 am
it doesnt matter the weight on the bar. ur form should be exactly the same. i want to assume u r one of the d bags at the gym lifting your legs off the ground and curling your back during a bicep curl. Or just using more front shoulder than bicep

i love the comments people leave on workout videos.
Its Either A: someone claiming to be super strong (yet they are going to youtube videos for the forms of extremely basic workouts… but in reality should buy books about the matter written by TRUE professionals to learn about workouts and forms)
B: Or someone who seems to know everything about working out yet is still youtubing workouts.
April 30th, 2010 at 10:06 am
why is he having the bar on his neck?
April 30th, 2010 at 10:23 am
experts say you can achieve great results without a loaded bar
