I like how you’re lifting heavy on the DB and not throwing the weight down when you’re finished the set. Too often heavy lifters in my gym toss them down when finished. Well done man.

once every seven to ten days if you want to get bigger and stronger. work as heavy as you can on 2 chest exercises. incline barbell bench press and parrallel bar dips. 3 sets 6-10 reps add weight each week as you get stronger…

A big mistake people make is trying to train like these guys. Keep in mind that these guys pump their bodies with steroids. Unless you are very experienced, you will overtrain your body working out like these guys. You CANNOT overtrain on steroids.
