wrong, thumb around grip incorporates more front deltoid, thumb over or suicide is raw power from the chest, practice both, you’ll feel the difference

Where do they get these so called professional trainers from? The suicide grip is for advanced weight lifters and usually beginners watch these videos which makes them very dangerous
