		<description>Glad your an HIT convert. Ive been around this sport for 25 years and a fan of mentzer&#039;s for around 24. Some people argue about mentzers version or arther jones&#039;s or even dorian&#039;s. My own view, and it is my own, is that one per ex, done in strict style to failure is enuff, BUT you could do maybe 3 total sets per muscle eg. pullovers (to pre ex) pulldown n rows, chest - pec dek n incline press.Saw Ray in seminar in 85, he said similar! Please read myother comments n get back to me. Good luck.</description>

		<description>in 18 months of using heavy duty i gained six inches around my waist and just over quarter of an inch around my upper arm. people began asking me if i had stopped training cos my body looked unmuscular. Thet looked at me funny when i told them i train harder than ever. Highly recommended.</description>
