I would ask this question in a video response but cannot figure out how to get my camera working. So here it is, Is a lot of muscle soreness the day after your workout a good way to gauge if you had a good workout? Because I get very sore the day after on most of my workouts and sometimes about 3-4 days soreness for my legs but after doing chest I am never sore the next day. I was wondering if this means I’m not working hard enough or what. Please reply with your answer.

Thank you, for answering the question so quickly, and also giving me a lot more extra information. Currently i am working them 2-3 days a week with atleast 1 day rest inbetween.
