It’ll help. I advise not having a flat amount, but changing how many you do.
Example:
Day 1:
20 pushups
50 crunches
100 jumping jacks
Day 2:
25 pushups
60 crunches
120 jumping jacks
Just increase everything little by little every day and you will notice a big difference.

Those numbers are arbitrary. Just push your body out of its comfort zone. That regimen is a start and it’s better than not doing them. But your body will adapt and get used to it and you have to change it up after a while.
Also, I don’t think jumping jacks are good for you. I’m not sure about this though. But I can believe it. I think fitness people now advise against doing these because of the impact it can have on your joints. Too hard on the knees. I could be wrong though.

well it’ll make you fit but not in shape. abs isnt too easy to get. you have to eat right meals and you also have to do interval cardio to burn your fat. (your body fat rate has to be 10% or lower to show) change jumping jacks to 20 min of interval running and do weight one day and do cardio one day. building up lean muscles will help you burn fat and see ur result faster. and drink alot of water (helps you burn fat also).

every one has abs. they are just hidden under layers of fat. abs that show have more to do with diet. you need to eat very healthy and keep off the fat. no fast food, no junk at all. you need to be very strict in your diet. and by diet i mean the way you eat not eating good for two weeks then going back to crap food.
