ohhhhh budddy, try this one that our coach makes our 15 year old girls basketball team do.
1.lay on ur stomic on the floor.
2. put ur arms down under nieth of u to make a “L” shape
3. pick yourself up with only ur arms and toes on the ground and hold it for 2 min.
your butt should not be touching the ground or in the air. Your body should be in a strait line with ONLY UR TOES AND BOTTOMS OF UR ARMS ON THE GROUND! (when i say bottom of arms, i mean from ur elbows to ur fist.) for this routine all ur Weight should be on ur arms. Good luck!

nto as heavy weight and repititions.
and if u can. hang upside down on a pull up bar somewhere and pull ur upperbody up with ur abs worked great for me freshman year of football
