weight lifting abs
i lift weights for 2 hours the most around 3 times a week. i do 4 sets of 3-4 exercises for each muscle. i have a split routine to keep my workout as short as possible. back, biceps, shoulders, legs—–chest, triceps, abs.

Duhhh! Sore means you had a good workout. ~Pain is weakness leaving the body~

Yes, it is. I means you ripped muscle, and it takes two or so days (depending on the intensity of the workout) for the soreness to stop. When the muscle heals, it grows. The more you do this, the bigger you will get.

the more you work out, the sorer you get. if you keep doing the same weight, the soreness will go away, but to get stronger, you should increase your weight, which means you may get sore, but that’s a good thing.

Of course your muscles will be sore as you sound as if you are doing a lot of work. Make sure you give your body enough time to recover between workouts. The pain will decrease as your body gets use to it…then its time to increase the weights!

Yes thats very healthy if its sore. as long as your back doesnt hurt to much cause it can snap.
Pains as in strecthing and burning are giood, that means its burning fat and making room for muscle, perfectly normal.
