I weigh 135 lbs and i’m 5′8″.
I bench 190lbs and squat 275. (No lie)
I lift most every day, alternating.
Mondays i lift chest, Tuesdays i lift legs and abs, Wednsdays i lift back and biceps, Thursdays i lift shoulders and neck, Fridays are chest again, and on Saturday and Sunday i run sprints. Any ideas for new routines?
Sugestions for a 14 year old for weight lifting?

Sounds like your doing a good job already.
Maybe you can incorporate new chest, ab, leg routines.
Dumbbell presses, ab wheel, and leg press maybe?
Nah man your doing it pretty good already. But maybe instead of working out your chest twice a week have a break on that day. Help decrease your recovery period by doing this and also lower your stress build up.
Your doing pretty damn good but you need at least two days rest your muscles.. so maybe sprints and chest on monday and friday and weekand off?
