Wow your 13! And your weight lifting! Holy cow! I’m 13 and I haven’t even started.
Yet I do have a six pack =).
Well to get rid of your belly fat just don’t eat your normal diet.
Diet and exercise.
So anyways the only way you as a person can do that is running A LOT and doing sit ups. I do about 50 situps and 50 pushups a day and I got a six pack. It’s easy. Then I have sports like baseball and crap. So uhh.. I workout for 15 minutes a day 3 days a week. And it’s showing =).

Check out pilates, great core workout. Being only 13 I would suggest not going overboard with the weightlifting, damaging ones growth plates isnt always fun!

As always, you should consult your doctor before doing anything. Especially since you say you have health problems. The best way to see your abs is to lose fat around your belly area. There is absolutely no way to target that area and tell your body that you want to lose fat around your belly. Your body will make up its mind on its own and burn fat where it wants to burn fat.
The best way to burn fat is to undertake a complete weight lifting program that includes weight lifting, diet, stretching, and cardio. Ask you doctor about all of those. Lifting weights will hold onto the muscle and may even build you some new muscle, while the diet and cardio will take care of the fat burning. Holding onto that muscle is very important, so continue with your weight lifting. Before long, those abs will start popping out!

instead of using the ab lounge try doing crunches like every
25 crunches hold your self up for 10 sec that’s what i do for weight lifting try doing low weight you will get stronger and not
build bulky muscles like guys. also try isometrics’s go to a door way push the back of your hands against the walls hard but not as hard as you can for about a minute or two then the next mourning stretch if your sore
