im 17 years of age.. around 130lbs around 5’10/5’11 and underweight. but with good upperbody muscle tone.. my problem is that i have some belly and love handles still.. if i stop doing cardio ‘ie. stairmaster’ and focus mainly on weight lifting will that be enough to drive my motabalism up and help burn stomach fat, or do i have to do cardio.. keeping in mind i dont want to lose more weight and am eating healthy foods.

Always keep up the cardio. Cardio is good for your cardiovascular health. If you want to lose more fat then yea, keep doing a lot of cardio while at the same time doing weight training.
